Please allow me to introduce myself as a Sacred Intimate, sensual healer and spiritual seeker. In service to you I offer my essence, reverence, compassion (“with passion”) and focused intent. Each healing session is a personal ritual and a step along my journey to honor fellow beings. My own explorations into the nature of BE-ing have been powerful, transformational and continue every day that I awaken.

May I celebrate the journey most especially when the path is not clear. May I support others as I am able. In this time, may I fully meet you here! My practice is spiritual and not denominational-religious. It is grounded in love, compassion and light. May my guides help to ensure that my work is for the good of all, always.

Philosophy

Our “sexual” energy is the sacred primordial energy of creation. It is the energy that we are born of and that drives our continued existence as a species. This is the core of your bodies’ inherent wisdom, the divine life force. Throughout our lives many factors contribute to our misunderstanding, disassociation, disrespect, and even fear of this energy – and of our own selves. Our relationship with this energy directly and indirectly affects and reflects in our well-being, our relationship to Self, to others, to the animals, to the earth and to the universe itself.

All aspects of your being are entwined in a constant state of movement; interacting, clearing and manifesting. When we are balanced we are literally harmonic. A healthy core vibration is one of expansion, love, compassion and joy. In this state we revel in the miracle of our existence, our intuition is strong and we experience flow. I invite you to shift your perception to remember a deeper reality. Come back home to yourself!

Sensual Healing In Practice

Sensual Healing incorporates a variety of healing modalities as feels right in each moment. We may use traditional bodywork, somatic healing exercises, breath-work and guided meditation, sound and energetic healing practices, sensate awareness, shamanic journeying, tantric ceremony and/or energy play (particularly Eros, or Kundalini.) The goal is to create and to explore erotic trance, to access core beliefs and/or to unlock our unconscious wisdom. In this space we work with your elemental bodies, your physical and emotional bodies and your spirit. Erotic trance states range from simply “lovely” to profound and transformational.

Our time together will be primarily experiential, falling into deeper subtle realms and embodying the wisdom of our higher selves. I create a container of love, comfort, safety and pleasure for you to open into. While I am fully present with you and for you, this is YOUR time. Please know that I do not consider myself a healer. I am a guide and a facilitator to direct the wisdom and power of your own self and being.

The greatest influences in my work have been studies in traditional massage and physical bodywork, somatic psychotherapies (such as Hakomi, Focusing, Voice Dialogue, and Gestalt), taoist erotic massage (as taught by The Body Electric School and IASHS’s Sexological Bodywork program), energetic healing (reiki, polerity therapy and chakra balancing), sound and vibrational therapy (as taught by Jonathan Goldman and others), shamanic journeying (from a variety of cultural perspectives), Skydancing Tantra (created by Margot Anand and taught by Steve and Lokita Carter)… and many other independent studies in meditation, breath work, aromatherapy, tsubo and meridian adjustment, psyche exploration and trauma release techniques… I am fascinated by the healing arts and continually seek opportunities to learn in order to benefit our time and for my own personal enrichment

Other than when I am in NYC, it is difficult to find a soaking tub and enough privacy to be inconspicuous with a massage table.  I cannot guarantee these amenities. Please feel free to ask about my location.

SESSIONS

The luxurious Bath Ceremony is a melting, hot and elemental experience in prelude and as part of sensual healing. (You are not in the bath the entire time, lol!) This is a wonderful way to transition from your day into our journey, allowing time to talk and to connect with the highest degree of comfort and relaxation. After meeting, sessions may be continued as entirely intuitive and experiential or tailored with specific intent. The power in this work comes from our aligned and shared intention. When we meet please be prepared to speak with me about your interests and your needs.

Sensual Healing Classic (two hours)

The classic sensual healing session allows for a bath ceremony and sensual healing with relaxation body work and exploration. I welcome your intention and direction, and when our focus is not clear… we will find our way!

S.H. Extended (three or four hours)

The extended sensual healing allows for the bath ceremony and sensual healing with relaxation bodywork and exploration, then adds time for decompression and discussion. I’ll prepare a light luncheon or dinner to enjoy while talking (3 hrs.) Or, We can adjourn to one of the many wonderful dining establishments nearby, your treat (4 hrs.)

S.H. Mutual Exchange (three hours)

Mutual Exchange (M.E.) is an advanced session for you to practice the techniques used in sensual healing and/or a mentoring offering. I hold space for you and make my own self available for your learning. Exploring sacred sexuality in it’s most intimate forms would require that you schedule with me as a companion. The M.E. is designed to be education via exploration, not simple fun and games.  These sessions are only offered at my discretion, after one-on-one conversation.
